Empowering clients throughout all phases of their career development is at the core of who I am and what I do as a coach and career development consultant. Given my unique background, I deeply understand how to support clients at every phase of their career development process and how to overcome any challenges hindering their progress.

In addition to my qualifications as a certified career coach (PCC) and career development consultant (GCDF), I am a certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR) and a former Chief Human Resource Officer and Recruiter in the legal profession.   I am also a nationally recognized scholar and thought leader on Latina attorneys' career and leadership development.
